Joaquim Quintas, chief executive of the Development Bank of Angola, set out facilities with terms of up to ten years, grace periods of up to two years and rates of up to 7.5%.
At the Angola–Brazil Agribusiness Forum, Joaquim Quintas, chief executive of the Development Bank of Angola (BDA), said the institution offers financing with terms of up to ten years, grace periods of up to two years and rates of up to 7.5%.
He cautioned, however, that access to capital must be matched by the soundness of the projects: “financing alone does not solve agribusiness’s problem.”
