1. Legal framework

This policy is governed by Law no. 22/11 of 17 June on the Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Angola. The competent supervisory authority is the Agência de Protecção de Dados (APD).

2. What data we collect

The contact, membership and newsletter forms are operating in demonstration mode. Information entered into those forms is neither sent nor stored. Browsing may generate technical records strictly necessary for operating and securing the website; optional analytics are enabled only after consent.

3. Purposes and retention

While demonstration mode is active, no data from public forms is retained. Essential technical records are kept only for the period required to secure and operate the service. Any future collection will be preceded by an update to this policy and activation of appropriate consent mechanisms.

4. Sharing and hosting

In demonstration mode, the public forms do not transmit or share personal information. Hosting and strictly necessary technical services may process minimal technical data to deliver and secure the website. Vercel Analytics is enabled only after consent. We do not sell personal information or use behavioral advertising.

5. Your rights

Under Law no. 22/11 you have rights of access, rectification, updating, objection and erasure, as well as the right to complain to the Agência de Protecção de Dados.
